The demand for emergency care has surged in Eastern Iowa over the past two decades leading to overcrowded emergency rooms and long wait times. The University of Iowa Health Care’s (UIHC) emergency room expansion project is looking to address the problem, and a key player assisting UIHC is CMBA Architects. Doug spoke with CMBA’s Joe Copley.
