The Biden Administration is thumbing their collective nose at a recent Supreme Court decision saying the EPA is just reaching too far. Doug spoke with Daniel Turner, leader at Power The Future (PowerTheFuture.com), who says that the EPA announced new rules that would force coal-fired power plants to capture emissions or shut down. These new rules “disregard the Supreme Court’s 2022 decision that limited the agency’s ability to regulate carbon pollution under the Clean Air Act.”
