Sober Cedar Rapids & Old Neighborhood Pub Announce, “Evening Alt-Tails”

Cedar Rapids, IA: Sober CR, a community of adult non-drinkers, and Draya VanHoeck, Owner of Old Neighborhood Pub, invite you to “Evening Alt-Tails” an educational social event of summer-inspired Alcohol-Free Alt-Tails (Alternative Cocktails).

The informal event is hosted by the Cedar Rapids Public Library, Thursday June 22, from 6:30PM to 7:30PM, on their LivingLearning Roof.  

Featured Non Alcoholic beverages include a self-serve Lemon Rosemary Refresher, as well as live mixology of a Cilantro Lime Mule and “Monday Gin” Gimlet.

Old Neighborhood Pub opened in 2018, in the former Paddy O’Rourkes location near Coe College. A traditional hometown gathering place, offering a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. Old Neighborhood Pub also has an amazing menu of appetizers, wraps, salads, sandwiches and even brunch! 

SoberCR is a social support group for the Sober and Sober-Curious who host monthly dinners, family gatherings and other events, without the pressure of alcohol.
