Yesterday there was no requirement to second guess what the President meant.
“I am taking immediate presidential action to stop the violence and restore security and safety in America. I am mobilizing all available federal resources - civilian and military - to stop the rioting and looting, to end the destruction and arson, and to protect the rights of law-abiding Americans.”
He called on Governors to deploy the National Guard in sufficient numbers to get control of the streets and stated very clearly that if they wouldn't, he would.
And so the question becomes, do you think he's right? Should we be using the military to restore law and order?
