Following last week's announcement that Iowa Speaker Linda Upmeyer will not seek re-election in 2020 and will retire as Speaker before the next session of the Legislature begins, Iowa Republicans moved yesterday to replace her.
And they picked Pat Grassley, grandson of Senator Chuck Grassley.
