FAYETTE COUNTY, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) -- A crash after a chase with law enforcement has killed a 28-year-old man.
Iowa State Patrol says Fayette County Sheriff's Office deputies were involved in a high speed chase with a 2008 Kia Spectrum driven by Jared Hill. The chase was going north on Mills Street in Wadena about 1:45 a.m. Saturday, July 14. State Patrol says Hill crossed into on-coming traffic and onto the shoulder. He hit another vehicle that was parked. No one was inside that vehicle.
Hill, who is from Jefferson City, Missouri, died in the crash. There were no other injuries.
