(Johnson County, IA) -- Johnson County leaders plan to discuss steps to prevent shootings like the one that injured five people early Sunday morning on the Ped Mall in Iowa City.

The agenda for tomorrow's Board of Supervisors meeting lists items including creation of a community gun safety task force, working with the University of Iowa on improving safety, and addressing societal issues that may have contributed to the shooting.
