(Black Hawk County, IA) -- Four Black Hawk County supervisors are calling on their colleague to resign.
Chris Schwartz, the fifth member of the board, is facing two charges of sexual assault.
He was the only no vote on a resolution yesterday asking him to vacate his position.
The Board have no legal authority to remove him from office.
Schwartz is accused of assaulting a man at his home during two separate incidents in 2023 and 24.
