(Ames, IA) -- A woman and a child were stabbed to death in Ames and police have arrested a suspect.
Police found the victims with multiple stab wounds Friday night at a home in the 39-hundred block of Tripp Street.
Davontrez McCuddin of Fort Dodge was arrested nearby in connection with the fatal stabbings.
He faces two counts of first degree murder. The names of the victims have not been released.
