(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- The final witness in the trial of three brothers charged with the death of a fourth testified that Ezekiel Basame died from a manic episode caused by being restrained, not from starvation or dehydration.

The brothers are charged with involuntary manslaughter, accused of tying Ezekiel to a bed frame for days during a psychotic episode a year and a half-ago.

The jury will hear closing arguments this afternoon.
