(Linn County, IA) -- A proposed Linn County zoning code about gas-fired electric power plants is on hold.
The Planning and Zoning Commission says they want additional information on the proposed two-and-a-quarter mile setback from residential areas.
Commission Chair Tina DuBois says the commission wants to see more data on what other communities are doing with setback limits.
Staff are being asked to report back to the commission with more information in February.
