(Council Bluffs, IA) -- After receiving toxicology reports, Council Bluffs Police say they have arrested a Bluffs man in connection with a fatal, vehicle-pedestrian collision early last month.
Investigators say 72-year- old Dennis Stark is booked on suspicion of Homicide by Vehicle While Driving Intoxicated.
He is being held without bond.
Police say the report shows Stark was at a .127 blood alcohol content and had marijuana in his system during the crash.
47-year-old Heidi Divis of Omaha died after being hit by a vehicle at 8th Street and Kanesville Blvd.
Investigators say she was walking through the intersection against a signal when the driver of a vehicle drove through the intersection on a yellow light and hit her.
