(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- A 20 year-old Iowa man is charged with the attempted murder of a teen.
Cedar Rapids Police say Farhan Mohamed shot a 13 year-old in the arm and backside at the Kwik Star on Center Point Road NE in Cedar Rapids in January.
Investigators say it was a targeted shooting.
The teen recovered from his injuries.
