(Marion, IA) -- The death of a man in a house fire this summer in Marion is being ruled an accident.
Firefighters found the body of 33 year-old Marquel Jenkins in his Quail Trail Drive home in mid-July.
The medical examiner determined Jenkins died from breathing in smoke and carbon monoxide.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
