A recall on baby food pouches sold in Iowa with potentially elevated lead levels is expanding.

The Food and Drug Administration says affected Sprout Organics sweet potato, apple, and spinach baby food pouches were sold at Iowa Walgreens stores between September and December of 2024, but haven't yet expired.

No illnesses related to the recall have been reported.

Some of the pouches were recalled last week, but Sprout Organics is now including new lot codes.

More information on the recall is available here.
