(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- Defense lawyers for the man accused of a quadruple murder in rural Linn County last year are asking the judge for more limitations during his upcoming trial.

Luke Truesdell's attorneys want to stop prosecutors from several doing things including calling the defendant a liar, expressing any personal opinions, and mentioning prior convictions.

The trial is scheduled for November.
