(Dubuque, IA) -- A Dubuque businessman and former Iowa Congressman is making another run to represent northeast Iowa in congress.
Republican Rod Blum represented Iowa's 1st Congressional District from 2015 to 2019.
Blum's name will be on the primary ballot next summer to replace representative Ashley Hinson in the 2nd Congressional District.
Hinson is running to replace the retiring Joni Ernst in the U.S. Senate.
