(Iowa City, IA) -- Several well-known properties in downtown Iowa City will soon have new owners.

The Chauncey & Plaza Towers on College Street, and Park@201 are just two of the properties scheduled to hit the auction block this fall.

The Sheriff's sale is being held to satisfy just over $26-million in debt from a foreclosure ruling against developer Marc Moen and others.

The auction is scheduled for November 18th at the Johnson County Sheriff's Office.
