(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- A city of Cedar Rapids employee is being charged with insurance fraud.
Fifty-three year-old Greg Buelow, is the city's code enforcement manager.
Investigators say he submitted forged invoices to a pet insurance company to get reimbursed for prescription medications for his dog.
Buelow's been employed with the city for 30 years.
He faces 10 years in prison if convicted.
