(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- The fate of a man charged with hiring two other men to kill an associate who prosecutors say had become a threat to his business is now in the hands of a Linn County jury.
Closing arguments were given yesterday in the first-degree murder trial of Andrew Shaw.
Prosecutors say he hired Drew Wagner and Johnny Blahnik-Church to kill Chris Bagley in Cedar Rapids nearly seven years ago.
Shaw's defense attorney says there's little to no physical or digital evidence that ties Shaw to the crime.
Wagner and Church are already serving time for the murder.
