Iowa has some of the best health care in the nation.

A new report by WalletHub compares all 50 states and Washington D.C. based on metrics like average monthly insurance premiums, number of physicians, and percentage of residents with insurance.

Iowa health care ranks fourth-best, with the study citing more hospital beds and insured children than most other states.

The study puts New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Minnesota at the top of the list.

Mississippi and Alaska were found to have the worst health care.
