(North Liberty, IA) -- A stolen car is recovered from the Iowa River near North Liberty.
According to the Johnson County Sheriff's Office, the car was reported stolen from Iowa City Wednesday.. Law enforcement located the car in about 3 to 4 feet of water near the Curtis Bridge Boat Ramp around 6:45 this Thursday.
The car was not occupied when found.
Law enforcement continues to investigate.
