(Bettendorf, IA) -- A 58 year-old woman is facing prostitution and weapons charges after a Quad Cities human trafficking investigation.
Bettendorf Police say she was housing other women at an apartment she held the lease on, and transporting them to three massage parlors she owned where sexual acts were offered in exchange for money.
Investigators found evidence of sexual activity, large amounts of cash, and a weapon.
The victims have been referred to local agencies dealing in human trafficking recovery.
