The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services is confirming a third measles case in the state this year.
HHS says this case involves an unvaccinated child from Eastern Iowa who was exposed during international travel.
Officials have identified several locations visited by the child while contagious:
- Costco in Coralville at 2900 Heartland Dr on June 4th between 11:30 a.m. and 4:15 p.m.
- Walmart in Iowa City at 919 Hwy 1 W between 2:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. on June 4th
- Marshall's in Coralville at 1451 Coral Ridge Ave between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on June 5th
