(Davenport, IA) -- The number of defendants and plaintiffs in a civil lawsuit involving the partial collapse of a Davenport apartment building that killed three men two years ago is growing.
Scott County court records show 75 plaintiffs and four defendants have been added to the case.
The defendants are construction and masonry companies that worked on the structure before its collapse.
The filing brings the number of residents and others seeking relief in civil court to over 100.
No criminal charges have been laid in connection with the collapse.
