(Moline, IL) -- The John Deere Classic will live on for another five years.

Deere & Company is extending their sponsorship of the PGA Golf tournament until 2030.

Deere is one of the PGA's longest-running title sponsors having their name on the JDC since 1998.

A recent study puts the economic impact of the tournament on the Quad Cities at $70-million annually.

The Birdies for Charity fundraising campaign tied to the event has raised nearly $200-million for local charities.

This year's John Deere Classic runs July 2nd to 6th.
