(Davenport, IA) -- Today marks the second anniversary of the deadly partial collapse of an apartment building in Davenport.
The collapse of a wall under repair on the six-story, 106 year-old structure killed three men, cost a woman one of her legs, and left dozens homeless.
No criminal charges were filed against the building's owner Andrew Wold based on a state investigative report.
He's since sold most of his Quad Cities properties, moved to Florida and changed his name.
Several civil lawsuits against Wold and the city of Davenport are pending.
