(Decorah, IA) — Minnesota Man Charged for Secretly Recording Woman Showering at Luther College
A Minnesota man is facing criminal charges in Decorah for allegedly recording a woman showering on the Luther College campus. Police say 22-year-old Owen Matzek admitted to placing a cellphone in the bathroom to record the victim. He was arrested Wednesday and charged with invasion of privacy involving nudity. Court documents state that Matzek confessed to similar acts in the past, though not at Luther College. The Decorah Police Department is asking anyone with additional information to come forward.
