(Winnebago, IA) -- RV Manufacturer Winnebago is laying off nearly 200 workers across four production facilities in Iowa next month.

The company confirmed the layoffs to our newsroom, citing decreased customer demand and elevated inventory levels as the reason. 128 workers will be laid off from the main plant in Forest City, 30 in Lake Mills, 20 in Charles City, and 18 in Waverly, according to the Iowa WARN website.

The layoffs go into effect on June 13th.
