(Iowa City, IA) -- Saying she doesn't trust the government to follow its own rules, a judge is issuing an injunction against the Department of Homeland Security, barring it from deporting four University of Iowa international students.

U.S. District Court Judge Rebecca Goodgame Ebinger initially issued a temporary restraining order against removing the four while their lawsuit against DHS for revoking their student visas is before the courts.

She says she's now issuing the more weighty injunction because she has little confidence the government will comply with the law.
