Iowa City School Board To Vote On New Facilities Plan This Month

(Iowa City, IA) -- A new facilities master plan is being presented to the Iowa City school board later this month.

Details haven't been released but its believed to include $14-million for competition pools at the city of Coralville’s proposed recreation and aquatic center, and improvements to performing arts venues at three high schools recommended in a recent study.

The board is expected to vote on the plan in June.
