(Davenport, IA) -- The Iowa Public Information Board will decide next week whether to release the full criminal investigative report on the partial collapse of a Davenport apartment building that killed three men two years ago.
A seven-page summary of the report was released by the state Department of Public Safety last month.
Scott County Attorney Kelly Cunningham cited the report as reason for not criminally charging owner Andrew Wold in connection with the collapse.
He's moved to Florida and changed his name to Andrew Langel.
