(Coralville, IA) -- Some Coralville residents could still see their property tax bill go up despite a drop in the city's property tax levy.

The new budget being passed by Council drops the levy, but doubles the utility franchise fee charged on gas and electric bills, and raises the water fees.

The state's residential rollback rate is also increasing.

The budget goes into effect July 1st.
