(Iowa City, IA) -- Four University of Iowa international students are suing the U.S. government over the revocation of their student visas.
They argue that the Department of Homeland Security is violating their due process rights and revoking their student status without legal justification. One of the students works for the state as an epidemiologist, while the other three are studying economics, chemical engineering, and exercise science. Earlier this month, five University of Iowa international students had their visas revoked, along with many other international students throughout the country.
