(Davenport, IA) -- Another Davenport apartment building owned by the landlord of the building that collapsed nearly two years ago killing three men has been deemed safe to live in.
Davenport inspectors gave approval to the Harrison Street apartment owned by Andrew Wold after following up on photos posted online by a former tenant who has since pleaded guilty to trespassing on the property.
The city says Wold needs to address some water damage and a joist that needs support before a re-inspection on May 1st.
