(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- There is yet another delay in the trial of a man accused of Linn County's first-ever quadruple murder.
A hearing to suppress the confession of Luke Truesdell that was scheduled for today is being delayed while one of his attorneys recovers from surgery.
Prosecutors and defense attorneys will meet with a judge today to reschedule the hearing, and the trial which was slated to start in April.
Truesdell is accused of killing four people outside of Robins in June.
