Iowa Housing Market Sees Inventory Increase

(Iowa) -- The Iowa housing market is seeing an increase in inventory.

Overall inventory is up 18.7 percent in November with 8,491 houses on the market. That's nearly a 9 percent increase from November of last year. Median sales price is up to $230,000 dollars, and the average time a home spends on the market is 45 days, an increase of about 10 percent compared to November of last year.
