Science Center Of Iowa Reopens Popular Exhibit Following Renovations

(Des Moines, IA) -- The Science Center of Iowa is reopening of one its most popular exhibits after being closed for upgrades.

The "When Things Get Moving" exhibit makes the concepts of physics come alive.

Returning to the exhibit is the Rocket Builder where you can design and launch your own rocket and the Ball Wall where you can experiment with gravity and momentum.

New features include a pressure launch, spinning chairs, and a space to make water vapor rings.

Its the biggest renovation project any space at the Science Center has seen since moving to its downtown location in 2005.
