(Des Moines, IA) -- A case challenging the proposed Summit Carbon Solutions pipeline is headed to Iowa's highest court. Homeowner Kent Kasischke of Hardin County claims an Iowa law that gives Summit Carbon Solutions the right to do surveys on private land is unconstitutional, both on the state level and federally. He also argues that Summit does not meet requirements to be defined as a pipeline company per Iowa code. The state's high court will hear oral arguments in the case on Tuesday night.
