Cedar Rapids School Board Restricting Fan Attendance At Kingston Stadium

The Cedar Rapids School District puts in place more fan restrictions for Kingston Stadium.

On Tuesday the school district announced 800 people for each football team will be allowed to attend each game, 16-hundred total.

The district made the change after 27-hundred people showed up to the first game of the season last week.

The district will be handing out wristbands to athletes who can then give them to family or friends to allow them to attend the game. People with wristbands will still need to pay admission prices at the stadium.

The number of wristbands given to athletes will vary by school and number of members of each team.
