Two people are hurt after a motorcycle crash Sunday night in Linn County.
Deputies say the motorcycle, driven by 42 year old Robert Lane of Cedar Rapids, lost control in the 4800 block of Otis Road and ended up in a ditch.
Investigators say Lane and his passenger, 40 year old Erika Parker of Central City, were not wearing helmets. They were both taken to Mercy Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
Lane was charged with Failure to Maintain Control.
