A teenager is dead and a man is in custody after a stabbing in Cedar County.
Police were called to a house in a rural part of the county near Clarence around 3:00 a.m. Sunday for an altercation.
KCRG-TV 9 says investigators found 19-year-old Chantz Stevens dead. 21 year old Milton Serrano Junior of Muscatine was arrested and is facing charges of first degree murder, harassment, and criminal mischief.
The investigation is continuing.
