Cedar Rapids Shooting Leaves One Hurt

One person has been wounded in a shooting early Wednesday morning in Cedar Rapids.

Police say officers received two calls of shots fired in the area of the 2300 block of Bever Avenue Southwest just after midnight.

Within 10 minutes of that call, police say officers received a call of someone who arrived at Mercy Hospital with a gunshot wound.
