You may have noticed the Back the Blue Rally scheduled for Saturday in Cedar Rapids didn't take place.
That's because police told organizers they couldn't use the road or parking lot where the event was scheduled and they couldn't have a police escort.
The rally's now scheduled to take place on July 25th in Marion and organizers say they have a permit and a confirmed police escort.
