COVID-19 Long-Term Care Metrics

LINN COUNTY, IA – Linn County Public Health continues to track and follow up with outbreaks of COVID-19 at long-term care facilities within Linn County. Linn County Public Health regularly provides updated metrics at scheduled COVID-19 news conferences. Due to the scheduled news conference cancelled for today, May 11, 2020, information is provided below:

No additional facilities have been added to the list of long-term care facilities that have met the state’s definition of a COVID-19 outbreaks. A total of 259 residents and staff in Linn County have been impacted by COVID-19 outbreaks at Linn County long-term care facilities. Several facilities are moving towards recovery.
