CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (April 9, 2020) – Mount Mercy University’s Olson Marriage & Family Therapy Clinic is offering free telehealth sessions through the duration of required social distancing.
“With all the uncertainty in the world right now, self-care is one of the only things we have control over,” said Erin Duncan, Olson MFT Clinic student therapist. “Talking to someone is a great way to practice self-care.”
The Olson MFT Clinic offers therapy for individuals, couples, families, children and teens, for a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues, including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, couple and family conflict, and grief counseling.
