(Cedar Rapids, IA) – In accordance with the State of Iowa’s Public Health Disaster Emergency proclamation, ImOn Ice will be closed through March 31, 2020. All events through March 31st are now postponed or cancelled:
- Shamrock Skate – originally scheduled for March 17th is now cancelled
- Beat Saber Tournament -originally scheduled for March 18th is now cancelled. Pre-registrations will be refunded
- Learn to Skate Spring Break Camp – originally scheduled for March 19th and 20th is now cancelled. All registrations will be refunded
- Rock’n Skate – originally scheduled for March 20th is now cancelled
- Zamboni Class – originally scheduled for March 21st is now cancelled. All registrations will be refunded
- Learn to Skate – March-April session is postponed until further notice
- Little Blackhawks Learn to Play – Session is postponed until further notice
- CRVR – Closed until further notice
- Cedar Rapids Curling Club - all events and ice times cancelled until further notice
- Cedar Rapids Junior RoughRiders - remainder of youth hockey season cancelled
- Corridor Hockey Association - Spring/Summer season postponed until April
- USA Hockey Regional Selection Camp – originally scheduled for March 27th-29th is now cancelled
The building closure also includes the cancellation of regularly scheduled programming:
- Public Skate
- Freestyle sessions
- Stick time
The following Cedar Rapids RoughRider/USHL games have been postponed: (All USHL inquiries please contact the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders)
- March 13th vs Des Moines
- March 21st vs Dubuque
- March 28th vs Madison
- March 29th vs Green Bay
- April 4th vs Des Moines
- April 10th vs Madison
- April 17th vs Dubuque
All applicable playoff games will be postponed as well.
Those who had registered for cancelled events will be contacted this week and issued a refund. Guests should contact the ImOn Ice guest services office with questions. Please note, we are currently experiencing higher than normal call volumes and patience is appreciated.
