Due to ongoing matters related to COVID-19 in Iowa, Senator Ernst is postponing her field hearing in the Cedar Rapids area (originally scheduled for) this Friday for a later date.
Senator Ernst has been monitoring the situation in Iowa closely. On Saturday, she met with Governor Kim Reynolds and other state officials, as well as spoke with a number of Iowa grocers by phone, at the State Emergency Operations Center (SEOC) in Camp Dodge. During the meeting, she received firsthand information on the efforts of the Governor and her team to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19.
