IMPACTS:
Blowing snow isn’t a concern right now, but it will be windy. He said blowing snow will be something to watch out for on Thursday as the next system arrives.
“This one probably won't produce much new snow at all, but will drop the temperatures after lunch drastically,” he said. “The wind will increase considerably, causing blowing of existing snow and likely some very slick driving conditions into the evening.”
WIND CHILLS:
Wind chills will be around -20 by dinner time and push to -35 by Friday morning.
EXTENDED FORECAST:
"Starting Friday, there will be a chance of snow every day through Monday, only adding to the snowpack and keeping temperatures very cold,” O’Mara said.
