A Manchester man was charged with littering after dumping dog carcasses over a bridge in Delaware County on December 19, 2018.
In a criminal complaint filed in Delaware County court, officials said Zacahary Mcallister, 27, of Manchester, allegedly threw the bodies of a dead pitbull-boxer mix and a shepherd mix over the Prairie Creek bridge on Early Stagecoach Road, west of Manchester. The filing said the carcasses were found within the road's right of way.
He was cited for littering, with a court date set for January 23.
